Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from First Stop Wholesalers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 30 days from the day you receive your goods by contacting us via email or telephone. We will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in an unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging.
We will only provide a return label if the item has been delivered damaged, defected or the item does not fit your vehicle as advertised. The customers responsibility is to drop the item of at the local drop off point depending which couriers return label has been provided.
Once the item has been received the refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This refund will be completed within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
